In Christianity, salvation (also called deliverance or redemption) is the "saving [of] human beings from sin and its consequences, which include death and separation from God" by Christ's sacrificial death and resurrection. Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ who is the saviour. On the contrary, in Islam, there is no coherent or a single pathway to “salvation” but it is based on several ways of submission and obedience to Allah and their prophet Muhammad to gain favour by doing good works including compliance to rituals and other obligations. Does Islam give the true path to salvation?
